Becky Browning brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate lending, loan servicing, and insurance compliance. Her career has centered on helping lenders navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence — from structuring risk management processes to leading high-performing teams across servicing and closing functions.
Before joining Fortress, Becky held senior leadership roles at CBRE and Armada Analytics, where she established and oversaw departments focused on asset valuations and pre-closing insurance compliance reviews for Agency and balance sheet transactions. Earlier in her career, she founded The Browning Consulting Group, providing comprehensive CRE due diligence and closing services, and served as First Vice President at Live Oak Capital (now part of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital), managing loan servicing and asset management operations for a $3B portfolio. Additionally, Becky’s past experience includes loan underwriting and closing.
