Becky Browning brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate lending, loan servicing, and insurance compliance. Her career has centered on helping lenders navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence — from structuring risk management processes to leading high-performing teams across servicing and closing functions.
Before joining Fortress, Becky held senior leadership roles at CBRE and Armada Analytics, where she established and oversaw departments focused on pre-closing insurance reviews, loan purchase evaluations, and compliance for Freddie Mac and other major lenders. Earlier in her career, she founded The Browning Consulting Group, providing comprehensive CRE due diligence and closing services, and served as First Vice President at Live Oak Capital (now part of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital), managing loan servicing and asset management operations for a $3B portfolio.
Known for her precision, transparency, and client-centered approach, Becky has built a career on bridging the gap between lenders, investors, and third-party partners — ensuring every deal moves forward with confidence and certainty.
